Role Models in Tech
The tech industry has long been dominated by men. However, the proportion of female tech experts who are shaping technology and product development with their expertise is steadily increasing. At "Role Models in Tech", we want to give our female colleagues the opportunity to introduce themselves and tell us their stories. Because we want to promote and grow women in the tech industry. We believe that role models are the key to inspiring women in the tech industry. The aim is for our role models to inspire other women and encourage them to take the step into IT.
As a family business, we have a particularly strong sense of humanity. For this reason, further development, interaction with global communities, an active error culture and the creation and expansion of passionate teams are particularly important to us.

Develop<HER>
Discover the world of technology with develop<HER> - OTTO's tech event series that aims to bring more women into the IT and tech sector! Since 2018, develop<HER> has been offering a dynamic program of talks, interactive workshops and exciting coding sessions that inspire both beginners and professionals.
Originally launched by PLAN F, OTTO's female network, develop<HER> has been firmly established in the tech scene since 2022. Our goal is to create an inclusive and inspiring platform that enables diverse access to the tech world and inspires women to explore the fascinating opportunities in IT and technology.
