We live hybrid collaboration. We work from home, from the OTTO Campus and from anywhere in Germany where we find ideal conditions for our work. And those who work on a mobile can also do so from other European countries and thus combine work with vacation trips. You can work on mobile for up to 30 working days per calendar year and a maximum of 10 working days per country.

We are redesigning the way we work together and are relying on the sharing principle, among other things. In the morning, you check what's planned for your day and find a workspace within your assigned home zone. It's even possible to work outside on the boulevard. The culture change and the introduction of group-wide collaboration tools support this.

You can also start with a bachelor's degree and continue your development on the job. To this end, we support committed employees with a scholarship for a part-time master's degree. You are free to choose the subject area, the main thing is that the course of study suits you, your tasks and OTTO.

Especially at the beginning of your career, it can help to make a lot of contacts. At OTTO, there are networks that can help you grow professionally or personally, such as Plan F, the network for women in business, or the Agile Groupies, which together use methods and sessions to equip themselves for a complex working world.

You design your career path closely with your manager and receive detailed feedback at least once a year. Depending on how you develop personally, you take the next development step after about two years. In regular dailies, weeklys, walk n' talks or another format that suits you, you exchange ideas at short notice.

We are looking for graduates for junior and administrator positions who want to start their first job directly with responsibility. Personally, our employees are characterized by the desire to develop throughout our lives. This includes trying out different ways of doing things and being open to change.
