We love our brand

Our job is to create a clear, attractive brand image that moves and inspires our customers. We adapt what we have built up to the target group and maintain it. Our aim is to create a consistent image of the OTTO brand for our customers and prospective customers, which gains in conciseness, attractiveness and identification potential with every advertising measure. In other words, brand marketing and online marketing go hand in hand.

Of radiance and desirability

With a consistent corporate design on all channels, responsibility for the YouTube channel, the web TV program Stylediaries, online branding specials and competitions. With integrated 360° communication strategies and target-group-specific offer concepts, as well as positioning the OTTO brand in premium media and fashion/lifestyle blogs - and, of course, managing the content pool across topics and product ranges, as well as everything to do with CRM. This is exactly what we do.

We develop campaigns based on the brand and communication strategy and coordinate the multi-channel implementation, including media planning and networking of the individual marketing instruments. Our goal is to tell inspiring stories that make the OTTO brand an attractive experience for customers across all devices and channels.

Our brand marketing ensures that product ranges and offers are presented in line with the CI and strategy.
In all online and offline channels. Planning, controlling and implementing the production of all necessary images and data is also part of our exciting job. We love what we do, and you can feel it in the working atmosphere. The people who work here take things seriously, like to get things done and appreciate each other.
