Convince easily and efficiently in the application process

We attach great importance to an uncomplicated and efficient application process. Your application is the first step and the best opportunity to stand out from other applicants. It's not just your qualifications and experience that count, but also your personality. But how are you going to tell us more about yourself when there is no need for a covering letter or questions about your motivation for a full-time job? We have a few practical tips for you on how you can impress without these steps.

What is important in a CV

To stand out from other applicants, you should tailor your CV specifically to the advertised position. Focus on the qualifications and experience that are particularly relevant to the position and highlight these in your CV. A clearly structured and logical CV shows us that you have understood the requirements of the position and know exactly what you can bring to the table. You can also use our optional free text field in the application form to briefly explain your motivation. This way you can still add your personal touch to your application.

You can list your soft skills briefly and concisely in your CV in the form of bullet points. However, they are not decisive in the first step, as we would like to convince ourselves of your social skills in a personal interview. You do not have to submit any additional documents, so we keep the overall effort for you as low as possible. If we are still missing documents, we will be happy to actively request them from you. However, we would be pleased if you could provide details of your earliest possible start date and your salary expectations in the application form. This will make the application process efficient and uncomplicated.
