The Product Pioneers - a community for the right mindset
We are not only a technology-driven company, but also a people-centric one. That's why it's important to us that our employeescan get involved and become active in various communities.The "Product Pioneers" community is working on this, the product management mindset at OTTO and in the Otto Group and to network the product people with each other.
The goal of the Product Pioneers is to advance product management throughout the company. The community organizes regular events as an offer to further educate oneself in the context of "product management" or to exchange experiences. It doesn't matter whether you work as a product manager, are part of a product team or its stakeholders, or work as a manager in this context. Impulses are created as "product management snacks for in between" , which, in contrast to conferences or training courses, are easier to integrate into everyday working life.
