Marleen was responsible for the selection of new e-commerce and campus service colleagues as HR Manager for several years. Since 2023, she and two colleagues have been in charge of recruiting at OTTO. You can get to know Marleen better in the interview.
My career at OTTO began with an internship during my psychology studies. In the years that followed, I was responsible for and supported many exciting topics and projects in recruiting at OTTO. At the beginning of 2023, I joined a shared leadership model with my long-time colleague Jennifer Halemba - the ideal solution for me to balance family and responsibility at work.
The combination of the characteristics and values of a family business and the demands of a dynamic and innovative e-commerce player.
I recommend that you consciously reflect on yourself as a person. Reflecting on successes and failures, personal drivers and/or your own comfort zone may make you look at yourself from a different perspective. I always focus on authenticity and honesty from all sides. Nobody expects a perfect interview or a perfect candidate.
With openness and the courage to address topics that are less representative. We really want to get to know the people who want to become part of OTTO and are happy when rough edges come to light. I'm also impressed when applicants think about the potential new position and bring questions with them.
...my family and my kids. If there is still some time left, you might meet me in my fitness center or in one of the numerous culinary hot spots in Hamburg. :-)
Then feel free to add me on XING or LinkedIn.
