New ways of working & hybrid collaboration
We live a flexible and networked way of working, which is characterized by an active and autonomous self-design of the work organization as well as an interdisciplinary way of working. We practice hybrid collaboration. You can work from home, from the Otto Group Campus or from any other location in Germany that offers ideal working conditions. On which days and how often do you work remotely or on campus? That's a team decision. We use collaboration sprints to decide together how best to work together.
