In our department, we work in individual teams to develop OTTO Market and to coordinate and support the live operations of external partners. We work together to ensure that each team member can work as independently as possible to reach his or her full potential.

In terms of content, the Analysis & Strategy team is essentially characterized by the three pillars of Analytics (Business Analytics & Controlling), Compliance Management (Legal & Tax, B2B Fraud, etc.) and Business Development. Based on the platform vision, we develop and implement method-based solution concepts taking into account opportunities for OTTO Market and OTTO.

Our department is responsible for setting up and developing the digital portal for partners (OTTO Brand Connect) and for partner development under OTTO Market. The department is divided into the two task areas of Product Management and Partner Development. Further topics are lead generation, strategic selection of core assortments and B2B positioning/marketing.
Concrete tasks are the communicative and organizational expansion of the partner portal Brand Connect. This involves the further development, presentation and marketing of OTTO Market and OTTO Brand Connect - both internally and externally to the partner. This includes designing and analyzing marketing and mail campaigns.
