The culture matcher is an instrument that makes the various aspects of a corporate culture measurable and thus tangible. The background for the assessment is a psychological measuring instrument that records your preferences on various dimensions and compares them with OTTO's culture.
We worked out the individual dimensions of our corporate culture in advance together with various representatives from different areas in a workshop. This common understanding is integrated into the matching tool and is compared with your answers.
You are presented with a total of 49 statements on various dimensions of a corporate culture. For each of these statements, you can move the slider back and forth between two opposing poles and place it according to your preference. The further to the left or right you place the slider, the more you agree with one statement and the less you agree with the other. After about ten minutes you will get a detailed overview of how much we match each other. You can also take a detailed look at the individual assessment dimensions (e.g. family-oriented, performance-oriented or competition-oriented) and compare the fit with OTTO.
As a result, you will receive your personal profile in terms of values and culture. It is only an orientation guide for you and has no influence on an application with us.
