After completing my training as an office administrator, with a focus on HR and purchasing, at neckermann.de in Frankfurt am Main, I decided to pursue a degree in sociology and economics. During my studies I was able to gain further experience in HR through internships and working student jobs. Recruiting new talent was always the most fun for me. After a short excursion into OTTO's purchasing department, I joined the recruitment team in April 2017 and am looking forward to the new challenge.
On the one hand, OTTO is a traditional family business, but on the other hand it always manages to adapt to the rapid digital change and react flexibly to it. The open corporate culture and friendly interaction also create a very pleasant working atmosphere.
Just be yourself and tell us what makes you tick and moves you personally. You should also be able to sense your motivation for the position and for our company. A "no go" for me is to show up for the interview unprepared.
The best way to convince me is to be who you are - don't pretend. We want to get to know you as a person.
