Nele works in HR Marketing and is responsible for recruiting interns, among other things. If you want to know Nele's insider tips, you can find out more in the interview.
As a native of Lübeck who grew up in Lüneburg, I have always been a northern light. Now I live in my adopted city of Hamburg. After graduating from high school, I did a federal voluntary service in Lüneburg before I started my apprenticeship as a merchant in wholesale and foreign trade at OTTO. During this time, I was able to gain many different insights and quickly realized that the HR department was the right place for me. I have been in recruitment since 2018 and, among other things, I am responsible for recruiting working students.
What I appreciate about OTTO is the open feedback culture and the respectful way we treat each other. That creates a great atmosphere where you really enjoy coming to work.
The most important thing is that you want the job and that we can sense your passion for it and for OTTO. Otherwise, I can only recommend that you be yourself - that's the best way for us to get to know you.
For me, it's a "don't" if you come to the interview unprepared. So find out about the job and OTTO beforehand and have a rough idea of what to expect.
Stay authentic and show us your motivation for OTTO and the job!
