For several years now I‘ve been working as a Product Manager, helping companies and teams to switch from a prescriptive project approach to a mindset that focuses on the actual impact on user and customer benefit. After a phase in Online Marketing I’ve come back to retail processes that make our daily purchasing experience fundamentally possible. I‘m currently collaborating with several Development teams to take OTTO's retailer side to the next level when adding products to the assortment, based on granular product data. In addition, I‘m involved as an organizer with the ‘Product Pioneers’ – the Otto Group’s product community.
