About me

I have been supporting the development of the business intelligence area at OTTO as an agile coach since 2015 and have been involved in changes in corporate groups for over 20 years. Since my heart beats for agile work, I founded our internal community #agilegroupies with other colleagues some time ago.

It realigned and transformed itself in 2019 into an agile, adaptable organisational unit. Beyond data and algorithms, BI relies above all on its people and the continuous adaptation of the organisation through joint learning.
