About me

Hi, we are Frederic, Falk and Michael (ltr) from the Cost Optimization Service Team (COST). We have set ourselves the goal of establishing a sustainable cost culture at OTTO. We are committed to sharpening awareness of cost efficiency, sensitizing teams to significant savings potential and analyzing the influence of technical decisions on costs. In addition, we collect and quantify measures and ideas, create central documentation and promote the exchange of learning through regular meetings.
