1. Application: Were we able to arouse your interest? Whether as a guest or with registration, conveniently submit your online application.
2. Review of documents: We will review your documents as quickly as possible. You will usually receive feedback from us within two weeks at the latest.
3. Interview with the team: In a few cases, there is a 30-minute preliminary interview with the team by phone or video call. Otherwise, you will get to know several people from the team in a 1 to 1.5 hour interview with technical as well as personal questions. For internships in the strategy teams, you may have to work on a business case. If this is the case, you will be informed in advance.
4. Offer & Hiring: If we are a good match, we would be happy to have you become part of the team.

2. Prüfung der Unterlagen: Wir prüfen deine Unterlagen durch unsere*n Recruiter*in und den Fachbereich schnellstmöglich. Du erhältst von uns in der Regel innerhalb von 2 Wochen ein Feedback.
3. Gespräch mit dem Team: In einem 1 bis 1,5-stündigen Gespräch wollen wir dich fachlich und persönlich kennenlernen. Anschließend folgt meist ein Zweitgespräch, in welchem du weitere Kolleg*innen kennenlernen kannst oder wir unsere Eindrücke aus dem Erstgespräch vertiefen wollen. 
4. Angebot & Einstellung: Wenn wir zueinander passen, freuen wir uns, wenn du Teil des Teams wirst.

1. Review of documents: We have received your application documents and are now carefully checking whether you are a good match for us and the apprenticeship/dual study program at OTTO. If any documents are missing, we will request them from you as soon as possible.
2. Online test: If your application has convinced us, the first step is to invite you to our online test. The tasks vary depending on the program. You will receive your access data in a separate e-mail.
3. Telephone interview: Once you have successfully completed the test, the next step is a telephone interview. Schedule about 30 minutes for this interview. We would like to get a first personal impression of you.
4. Video Interview: The final step is a 90-minute interview. This usually takes place virtually, but we may also invite you to the Otto Group Campus - you will of course receive all the relevant information with the invitation. In any case, we will take plenty of time for you and your questions.
5. Offer & hiring: A few days after the video interview, you will receive personal feedback from us. If you are a good match for us, we would be delighted if you would like to become part of the OTTO team!
