Last week, we celebrated the opening of our new headquarters on the Otto Group Campus in Hamburg-Bramfeld. In future, our colleagues will have 1,600 workstations, 170 meeting rooms, three event areas and eight social spaces for networking and breaks on a total of 25,000 m² of workspace. The highlight of the new OTTO headquarters: the large, light-flooded atrium.
The time has finally come! After five years of construction, the former logistics center has become our new headquarters. Sustainability and ecology were at the heart of the entire redesign. For ecological reasons, the project team and management deliberately opted for a conversion instead of a new building. In addition, the OTTO headquarters, like the entire Otto Group Campus, uses certified green electricity to support our ecological goals.
Our colleagues can expect a state-of-the-art New Work environment at our new headquarters. The design of the new spaces is based on the principle of "activity-based working". This means that our colleagues choose the workspace that best suits their tasks. The result is a fully hybrid working environment that seamlessly combines on-site and remote working and promotes agile collaboration.
